Sahar has more than ten years’ experience in investment banking in Riyadh, New York and Toronto, where
she primarily focused on global M&A in the metals and mining industry. She was Vice President of Mining
& Metals at Barclays Capital in Toronto where she advised on multi-billion dollar transactions as well
as divestments of mining assets in Africa and South America. Sahar joined Manara Minerals at the
company’s inception in 2023 and played a leading role in the execution of Manara’s investment in Vale
Base Metals.
She started her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Saudi Fransi Capital.
